Making sense of early childhood attachments and experiences can shed light on current relationships and patterns of behavior. With increased awareness, new habits and healthier interpersonal dynamics are able to emerge. I am dedicated to helping each client through this process in order to develop a more meaningful, balanced, and authentic life.

Couples seek therapy for many reasons. Sometimes they are on the verge of a break-up but look to therapy as a final attempt to salvage the relationship. Other times they are wanting support to recover from a trauma or betrayal in the relationship. And often times couples are simply looking for a deeper and more fulfilling connection.
I help couples uncover difficult patterns that create and sustain tension in relationships. I teach effective strategies to disrupt stressful cycles, improve communication, and increase trust, safety, and connection. My style is engaging and interactive. I provide guidance and support in session, and make suggestions for skills that couples can practice with each other between sessions.
Office Policies and Fees
The fee for a 50 minute therapy session is $275. A 60 minute session (recommended for couples and families) is $300. Longer sessions are available by request and will be prorated. A minimum of one regular, consistent appointment per week is highly recommended for the purpose of continuity. Coming in for therapy more frequently does not necessarily indicate more serious personal concerns but rather a desire for deeper self-reflection.
Weekday and Saturday appointments are available.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact me at least 48 hours in advance. With less than 48 hours notice, there will be a charge for the full amount of the missed session, even if it is rescheduled. A minimum of one regular, consistent appointment per week is highly recommended for the purpose of continuity.
