PLEASE NOTE: I now have a new website dedicated to Mindful Parenting. Visit mindfulparenting.com for more info, resources, and my blog.

Additional Resources during school closures: As most cities and counties across the nation have transitioned to distance learning, I wanted to share some homeschooling/distance-learning resources that might be helpful to your family right now. Many of the resources are free during school closures. Please visit my Resources page, and contact me at noelle@noellewittliff.com if you’d like to set up a homeschooling consultation.

Parenting, while wonderfully rewarding, can also be stressful and challenging, especially without sufficient support. My practice in working with parents, children, and families is to provide empathic support, compassionate guidance, and skillful coaching. My style is interactive. I teach strategies for effective communication and provide tools to promote cooperative relationships within families. My attachment-focused work is informed by the latest findings in psychology, child development, and neuroscience.
With over 20 years of mindfulness practice, I have found that when we bring the spirit of mindfulness into parenting, we have an opportunity to engage with compassion, empathy, and curiosity. I teach mindfulness skills that help with regulation, so that parents and children can move out of reactivity into a more responsive and flexible style of interacting with one another.
