Kimberly Irving is a postgraduate associate in my practice. Kimberly works with teens, young adults, adults, and couples. Her approach to therapy is through a holistic lens, addressing multiple domains that affect one’s overall sense of well-being. Special populations she works with include entertainment industry professionals, creatives, those experiencing medical issues or caregiver distress, and trauma. She frequently works with concerns around anxiety, depression, self-esteem, self-compassion, work/life balance, relationships, and life transitions. She has completed trainings in modalities such as Mindfulness and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Trauma Resiliency Model, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. Kimberly finds great joy in collaborating with clients from a variety of backgrounds who are interested in achieving clarity, hope, healing, and evolution. Alison Picard is a postgraduate associate in my practice. Alison works with individual adults, adolescents, couples, and families. Her approach is psychodynamic, feminist post-modern, and trauma-informed. Her experience includes working with anxiety, depression, life transition, LGBTQIA concerns, grief, death and dying, and personality disorders. Alison is a postgraduate associate with a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. Her training includes contemporary psychodynamic supervision as well as trauma-informed supervision. She specializes in LGBTQ-Affirmative psychotherapy, with focus on issues specific to transgender, lesbian, bisexual, and gay clients, as well as clients in non-traditional relationship models.
